Holloway Child Care is state-licensed, and has been providing quality child care for Bellaire and Houston Texas for over 45 years. We are dedicated to providing a safe, loving environment in which your child can learn, grow, and have fun. We have implemented the following policies in order to nurture that environment.

State Regulations

• No smoking inside the child care center
• No use of the telephone or restroom

Vacations and Absences

• Weekly fees will not be charged for up to two weeks of vacation per year if two weeks notice is provided prior to the vacation
• If your child is absent due to an illness for at least three consecutive days of the same week, and it is necessary for you to pay someone else to care for the child, the remainder of the week will be charged on a daily basis with a physician's release that the child is well enough to return to school.

Dress Code

• Children should be fully dressed (including shoes) upon arrival at the Holloway child care center each day
• No halter tops
• No jellys
• No flip-flops
• No boots
• No hats

Please...

• Put your child's name on all clothing, toys, and other items that they bring with them to the child care center
• Do not allow your child to bring jewelry, or toys that are over 6 inches long
• Do not allow your child to bring combs or hairbrushes
• Do not allow your child to bring gum
• Do not block the driveway
• Do not use personal cell phones while in the nursery for safety reasons

Late Fees

• Late fees for weekly child care program dues: $5.00 late fee for payments received after Wednesday, $7.00 late fee if payment is not received until the following Monday
• Late fees for parents arriving after 6pm to pick up their children: $5 per hour. If you are running late to pick up your children, please make arrangements for someone else to pick them up, and call Joyce as possible.
